This Cannondale urban bike is single-sided - at both ends!

Here's a short report on a limited production Cannondale urban bike, called an onBike. It is spec'd with a Lefty one-legged fork and a motorcycle-style single-sided rear end with the chain running inside it. I'd never seen anything like this, but I'm often the last to know. From BikeRadar.com.
