Cycling the most dangerous road in the world...

Thanks to my friend William in Austin, here from BBC News is a story much like Into Thin Air. Why do they do it? Baffles me. You can have my place in line.

The Death Road is awesome! Wish we had something like that in the United States. Rats. I guess we'll just have to put up with the Extra-terrestrial and Million Dollar Highway (Nevada and Colorado).

But we have Death Valley and riding from Salisbury Pass north to Ubehebe Crater (thru Furnace Creek and past Badwater) on the Ides of July makes this one of the most dangerous roads on the planet - Bolivia notwithstanding.
