Everyone hates texting-at-the-wheel...except the millions who do it every day...

...and start fights with passengers in their cars who, duh, feel somehow unsafe....

I can say I don't blab on a cell-phone while driving...if the darn thing rings I pull over to the side of the road to answer it or hand it to my wife. Don't text in any case but know that if/when I get run down from behind while cycling in the US it'll probably be some self-centered jerk fooling around with some sort of entertainment device instead of paying attention to the road. What's the most-often heard phrase by bystanders when someone answers their "mobile device"? You guessed it, "Nothin' what are you doin'?" Distracted driving ought to be seriously policed whether it's an electronic distraction or the screaming 2-year old in the back seat. An innocent cyclist will be just as dead from either cause!

I wonder if the person who's liver is now in Steve Jobs died in the car accident while texting on an iPhone.

I hate when I screw up the grammar. That's "whose" liver, not "who's" liver.
