"Ya want healthcare with that?" Interesting chart. Another interesting fact is the various costs for McDo's products in various countries. There used to be a cost-of-living index based on the price of a typical fast-food burger, fries and drink in major cities of the world. I remember Geneva, Switzerland as being one of the highest. A lot of the cost is based on labor so in the US, where workers get minimum wage and little more, McDo is cheap. I'd guess Switzerland's fast-food slaves get more benefits as would the local producers/suppliers of the ingredients. They should do another chart showing the relative healthcare costs resulting from a diet of BigMacs in various countries!
