Portland painted over the memorial stencil?

This link will take you to's piece about two (of three, I think) recent cyclists' deaths in traffic in Portland, Oregon - a city that many of us think of as a, or even the, leader in bicycle-friendliness in This Great Land.

One of the cyclists, a racer who worked at the famous Bike Gallery, was memorialized with a Ghost Bike and a stenciled portrait on a wall near where he was killed. But the stencil is gone...
