Restricting cell phone use hasn't cut accidents...

Fair's fair. I posted cell phones equal chaos pieces ad nauseum. Here's a NY Times "Wheels" piece that claims that maybe they aren't the devil's work after all...news that surprised the researchers as much as it surprises us.
