Well, it's a guy descending the Stelvio Pass (maybe it's the Stelvio) on his belly....
Here's the link, sent to me by my buddy Jim M from Durango. A few minutes long and worth watching. Tamar felt it might be a digital creation but I think it's actual footage of this guy doing whatever it is you call what he does. It kinda looks suicidal and it kinda looks fun....

Can you say A-HOLE real loudly? This bozo is going down the Grimselpass in Switzerland. Can you imagine the poor cyclist, motorist or motorcyclist coming up the pass and seeing this idiot? Interestingly, he doesn't seem to be going very fast, the camera vehicle has no trouble keeping up with him and the motos he passes are all two-up and not leaning into the turns much. I put this in the category of "sports invented by people who suck at the other ones -- just so they can be the experts at something".
