Collins. We try to blend our encouragement activities with enforcement campaigns (both for cyclists and motorists). The long term idea is to try and foster a culture of responsible cycling in our town. Currently there is a "co exist" campaign under way. Pretty cool: <BR/><BR/>http://www.fcgov.com/bicycling/coexist.php <BR/><BR/>Bottom line: My opinion is that it is up to us (cyclists who are inclined to do something about the state of affairs) to serve as examples for responsible cycling, and to take the opportunity - where appropriate - to educate those who need it.
